HAZMAT

We ship UPS Ground and are Hazardous Materials Certified Shippers. HazMat WILL NOT be shipped via USPS. This item will not be shipped or where prohibited by law unless otherwise approved and confirmed by Seller to Buyer before buyer purchases. The buyer is responsible for knowing and abiding by all state and local laws pertaining to the purchase and possession of this item. Shipping to lower 48 states only.

We charge a flat $40 HazMat fee for items requiring HazMat shipping restrictions (Primers, Gun Powder, etc)

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once it leaves our facility. Be advised that weather conditions may affect the prompt arrival of your shipment. If you do not have your tracking number, please don't hesitate to contact us for status.

AMMUNITION SHIPPING / STATE RESTRICTIONS: All ammunition orders will be shipped via UPS ground. Please understand that any delivery information provided by UPS is only an estimate, not a guarantee. All inquiries regarding delayed delivery times must be addressed with the carrier.

Payment Details

We accept all credit cards with no fees.

Shipping address must match the billing address (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to cancel transactions where billing and shipping addresses do not match.

NO PAYPAL: According to PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy, Prohibited Activities subparagraph 2: "You may not use the PayPal service for activities that: relate to transactions involving (j) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories". (https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/acceptableuse-full). They do not allow firearms-related items to be processed through their payment systems.

Return Policy: All items returned will incur a 10% restocking fee

WARNING: Buyer assume all responsibility for Prop 65 requirements. Bullets and Primers contain hazardous chemicals and materials such as styphnate igniter material, nitrocellulose, copper cyanide, and lead. These materials are known by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and/or reproductive harm. California has many requirements and restrictions. Buyer agrees that seller is providing the best possible product and does not guarantee the product is entirely free from defects. Buyer agrees that product is sold in an as-is condition and will not hold the seller responsible for lost or damaged product due to 3rd party shipping processes.

Firearms must be shipped to a licensed dealer. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped unless we have a copy of a dealer's Federal Firearms License (FFL) on file. Please make arrangements with your local dealer or by email. Make sure they refer to the auction and number so we know where to reference the information. You may email a copy of the FFL license to sales@dropzone66.com.
